Two Models Now Available

The enhanced version of the very popular Stomper pattern. The Stompers, both Mr. and Ms. styles, now have 2 models. A Basic, which has served many thousands of cloggers quite well, and an enhanced version for those dancers more concerned with the fine points of tone qualities.

The "performance model' (both Mr. and Ms.) has a stronger insole board than the basic stomper. The spring steel arch (shank) support is riveted in place. This feature provides real support but also insures absolute security of the arch. Most others have an inserted shank (arch support) which is only glued in place. If the glue breaks loose then a popping occurs with each step. This factor can create severe tone distortion.

The leather outsole has the flex and durability often sought after by developing as well as experienced dancers. While the composition bottom used on the basic Stomper model is quite serviceable, the leather outsole on the "performance model" can contribute to higher quality of sound.
